I am an inspirational speaker and published writer, honest about my walk with the Lord, stumbles, fumbles and all. I’ve been told that others can easily relate to me as I discuss life’s serious issues with transparency, insight and humor. I openly share the amazing redemptive power of His grace and strength in the midst of my struggles and I encourage women to move to the next level with God.
In fact, my goal is to challenge women to be real… not perfect.

ABOUT MY BLOG
My blog, titled Let’s Get Real, is for women who are tired of reading devotionals about how life should be… and are instead looking for honest discussion about how life really is. I’m bold, candid and a little in your face.
I write about women’s issues, including raising Godly kids, redefining value and worth, managing fear, healing broken marriages, and seeing God in everyday life.

I am a happily married mom of two, living in Colorado. We laugh a lot, play a lot… and have a great time together as a family.

I love my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
I am passionate about speaking His Truth and encouraging women to seek an intimate relationship with Him. My hope is that women are NOT satisfied with a life of mediocrity, but that they live abundant, transformed, and joy-filled lives. I’m passionate about God’s Word and believe it’s life-changing.

Hi, Carey. I love your style! You remind me of a younger version of me – honest, open, transparent. I believe God truly honors that honesty. It is rare in many Christian circles.
I, too, am a Christian speaker and one of the main things I talk about is helping people (particularly women and parents) build win/win relationships in their lives. First with God and then with each other.
Anyway, when I read that you had difficulty with one of your children, I thought perhaps you would benefit from some tools that are available through my website that help you understand the “bent” your child was born with and how best to nurture him (or her) according to that natural bent.
